Any third-party software, tools, or materials used in service delivery remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation includes:

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any deficiencies in our services at no additional charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
